Here at Spirit First Creatives we combine community Involvement with personal development and physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Originally established in 2014 to serve the emotional and social needs of residents in Lambeth (south London), parts of our work now reach out across the UK and beyond.

Our beneficiaries have included young parents, both the employed and unemployed, new entrepreneurs, community activists, authors, students, musicians and single parents, both male and female.

In short we are about creating opportunities, bringing people together, facilitating meaningful experiences and helping everyone uncover their hidden potential.

Actress, playwright, director and producer, Reverend Claudette Athea Douglas is uniquely placed to write this inspired memoir. A memoir in the form of poems that seamlessly, yet suddenly, transport you to those places she has lived and been a part of during her lifetime, stretching from the Cotswolds to the Caribbean.
